OUR MANAGEMENT PROFILE: R. K. BACHUS is a Post Graduate in Business Management from XLRI, Jamshedpur. He has a total of 30 years experience in IT business comprising of Sales and Marketing, Field Operations, Back-end Order Processing and Production Scheduling, ISO, TQM, BPR, etc. Before promoting Technet Mr. Bachus was working as Vice President - Operations, erstwhile HCL Hewlett Packard, controlling business of Rs. 5000 million. He has good exposure to famous Hewlett Packard processes and is well known in Information Technology circle. He is the President & CEO of Technet. SOURABH CHAUDHARY is an Engineering Graduate in Electronics and has served for 19 years in HCL Infosystems Limited (erstwhile HCL Hewlett Packard Limited) as Regional Manager - Customer Engineering function. Subsequently, he has also served for over 2 years in DCM Data Systems Limited as General Manager - Customer Support and was responsible for generating service revenue of Rs 60 million per annum for the organisation. He is a full-time Director of Technet and looks after Operations. SUGATA DATTA, holds a MBA degree and has over 25 years of rich experience in IT industry including 15 years in HCL group of companies. With core competency in Sales & Marketing he has deep multi-functional leadership experience in a number of areas viz. Sales & Marketing, Resourcing, Project Management, Systems & Processes and Quality Administration (Philip Crosby). He was also actively involved in a number of breakthrough initiatives such as Business Process Re-engineering, SAP implementation, Global Resource Optimization. He is currently Vice-president of Technet. D K ROYCHOWDHURY, has over 25 years of experience in IT industry. An ex-Indian Airforce man, he in his earlier employment with HCL-HP and Compaq Computers Pvt. Ltd. has been responsible for setting up of MIS, and other administrative processes. He is a full-time Director of Technet and looks after HR, administration and post-sales.
